There are few people who don't, at some point dream of owning their own home, complete with master bath and walk-in closets. Sadly, for some the dream doesn't last too long. Tax foreclosures are not normally something we think about when we are considering buying a home - although that may be changing as tax foreclosure sales become more and more common. Hopefully this will make you more careful when buying real esate and you will do the calculations to ensure you can really afford the property you are interested in.
